GADASWORX

We are delighted to welcome Onneile Monama to the GADASWORX family as our newest in-service trainee — a young engineer in the making, stepping into a learnership environment built to turn potential into expertise.

At GADASWORX, we have always believed that empowerment is not a policy document — it is a lived commitment. When we say we invest in our people, we mean it in the most tangible way possible: structured learning, real-world exposure, and the kind of mentorship that only comes from sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers who have built their careers in the field.

Onneile joins us at an exciting time. As a 100% Black-owned, B-BBEE Level 1 ICT solutions company, GADASWORX carries a responsibility that goes beyond delivering infrastructure projects — we are in the business of building South Africa’s next generation of technically excellent, globally competitive engineers. Onneile’s journey with us is exactly what that mission looks like in practice.

A Learnership-First Environment

Onneile will be trained as a Network Engineer within a structured, learnership-focused programme designed to provide a progressive and immersive learning experience. This is not a passive placement. From day one, Onneile will work alongside GADASWORX’s in-house industry experts — practitioners with hands-on experience across ICT infrastructure, fibre optic networks, enterprise switching, and managed services.

What the programme covers

Onneile’s training track spans network fundamentals, structured cabling systems, switching and routing technologies, infrastructure project delivery, and site operations — all grounded in live engagements and real GADASWORX project environments.

Mentored by Industry Experts

One of the defining features of the GADASWORX learnership experience is access to mentorship from seasoned professionals within the company. Onneile will not be learning from textbooks alone — every concept will be reinforced through guided project participation, technical reviews, and ongoing one-on-one support from engineers who understand both the theory and the terrain.

Hands-On Training

Live project exposure from the earliest stages of the programme.

Structured Learnership

A progressive curriculum aligned to industry certification pathways.

Expert Mentorship

Direct, ongoing guidance from GADASWORX’s seasoned technical team.

International Recognition

A pathway toward globally recognised engineering qualifications.

“Our Skills Development Assistance Programmes exist for exactly this purpose — to take talented young South Africans and give them the environment, the tools, and the support to become internationally recognised engineers. Onneile’s story is just beginning, and we could not be more excited to be part of it.”— Mukosi, Director | GADASWORX

A Milestone Worth Celebrating

Onneile’s arrival follows closely on the heels of recent certification milestones within the team — with Devandren Naicker recently qualifying as a Molex Business Associate and Kabelo Mofokeng achieving his MegaNet Cable Installer certification. The momentum is real, and it speaks to a culture where growth is not the exception — it is the standard.

To Onneile: welcome to GADASWORX. You have joined a team that will push you, back you, and celebrate every milestone with you. The journey to becoming an internationally recognised network engineer starts here — and we are with you every step of the way.
