Last-mile installation

Complete FTTH drop cable installation including aerial, underground trenching, and conduit routing from distribution point to customer premises — aligned to Openserve standards.

Splicing & termination

Fusion splicing, mechanical splicing, and SC/APC/LC connector termination. ODF patching, splice tray organisation, and fibre labelling to network standards.

ONT/CPE configuration

Installation, configuration, and testing of Optical Network Terminals (ONTs) and customer premise equipment. VLAN configuration, speed test validation, and service activation.

Testing & certification

End-to-end optical testing using OTDRs and optical power meters. Loss budget verification, splice loss reporting, and Openserve acceptance documentation completion.

Fault restoration
